Cancellation and Refunds

• Before Project Start: Clients may request cancellation within 2 days of signing the agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the designated contact at BOS CENTER. Upon review, BOS CENTER will process valid requests within 30 days, providing a full refund.
• After Project Start: No refunds are permitted once a project has begun, and a formal agreement has been signed by both parties. Cancellation requests made after 2 days will not be accepted, and clients will be liable for full payment as per the signed agreement.
• Warranty Claims: Defects discovered within the 2-day warranty period should be reported immediately to BOS CENTER support. BOS CENTER will work to resolve the issue.

Dispute Resolution

Clients who are dissatisfied with the products provided should contact BOS CENTER to seek a resolution. BOS CENTER will strive to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
